Trade-Ops exists because I kept seeing the same problem. Trade business owners who were exceptional at their craft — but running businesses that couldn't support them. Admin was chaotic, systems didn't connect, and the money was unclear. Nobody around them could actually fix it.
So they stayed stuck — working harder, not smarter. Running a business that depended entirely on them being in every detail, every day.
I built Trade-Ops to change that. With hands-on implementation, not just advice. I go into trade businesses, figure out how they're actually running, build the right operational structure, and stay alongside the owner until the changes stick.
